Refund Policy
Meta Techverse refund policy will be void if;
• You have chosen an all-in-one package.
• The primary design concept has been approved.
• You have demanded revisions.
• The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company or our policies.
• The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of the project.
• The company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
• Other company or designer apart from us has been approached for the same project.
• The creative brief is lacking in the required information.
• A complete design change has been demanded.
• The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time.
• The business is closing or changing its name or business.
• Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
• If a client subscribes to a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, the refund will only apply to that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.
• No refund can be claimed/processed once the final files have been delivered to you following your request.
• Refunds and revisions explicitly do not apply to items offered free.
• The client will not be entitled to any refunds after 30 days, from the date of purchase.
• Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
• In the case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.
Note: Meta techverse holds all rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever we seem it is necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of Pixels. The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.
How To Claim Your Refund
To ensure that your refund request is processed effectively and is approved, please make sure that you meet the following requirements.
1. Specify your concern and claim your refund through any of the following three modes :-

We will try to resolve your query and concern in light of our revision policy immediately or else will email you a refund request approval from our refund department.
After the refund, the rights to your design would be transferred to Meta Techverse and you would not legally be allowed to display any version of the design sent by the company.
1. Since the rights to design would now be transferred to Meta techverse, you concur that you will have no right (immediate or circuitous) to use any reaction or other substance, work item or media, nor will you have any ownership interest for or to the same.
2. Working in a joint effort with the Government Copyright Agencies Meta Techverse would share Copyright Acquisition data for the refunded outlines that would confine the re-utilization of the designs as original designs in the future.

Domain and Hosting
Domain and Hosting are provided free of cost with packages, where applicable.
All the email accounts assigned with the website packaged can be configured on third party email software such as outlook.
If you wish to opt out of hosting the website with us, you will not be provided email accounts.
Ownership rights & Copyright
If you are not the owner of the logo or have no copyright. You should ask your designer or a company that has designed your logo to transfer ownership and copyright certification to you.
