– Our liability shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by you to us
Termination
– We may terminate or suspend your account or access to our services at any time
– Upon termination, you shall immediately cease to use our services and website
Project Termination
– If the client chooses to terminate the project before completion, no refunds will be issued for the work already completed.
– For clients on an existing monthly contract, termination requests made after the 15th of the month will not cancel the current billing cycle, and the client will be liable for that month’s full payment.
By Proceeding with the Payment
– By proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in our Service Agreement.
– This agreement governs your use of our services, and payment serves as your acceptance of these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to the terms, please refrain from making a payment or using our services.
Dispute Resolution
– In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations before escalating the matter legally.
– If the client initiates a dispute and Meta Techverse wins the case, the client shall be liable to cover all dispute-related costs, including legal fees and other associated expenses.
Governing Law
– These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA
– Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with our Arbitration Policy
Changes to Terms
– We may update these Terms from time to time
– We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our website
